LP has been Managing Director of the Board of the FEAT International Group since May 20, 2016, founded by himself. He is responsible for the operative implementation of the goals defined by the foundation. FEAT operates in the fields of both scientific research and supra-academic education of excellence for the most highly gifted people. As a pioneering elite-university research foundation under private law, FEAT develops and implements its long-term projects focusing on continuity.
In close collaboration with its partner organizations, FEAT’s aim is to help the most brilliant minds improve their living conditions. In his role as CEO, LP is also responsible for matters related to the development of a cross-faculty research science teaching. As part of his mission, he also serves as a scientific counselor of global sponsors in Latin America and the Middle and Far East.
Before founding FEAT Group, LP worked in / for the academic sector. Prior to that, he was an investment strategy advisor with the focus on issues of scientific based sustainable business development.

LP je osnivač i direktor FEAT-a, kao i vlasnik svih njegovih intelektualnih prava.
FEAT djeluje u oblastima naučnog istraživanja i nadakademskog obrazovanja izvrsnosti za najdarovitije pojedince. Kao pionirska istraživačka fondacija zasnovana na privatnom pravu, FEAT razvija i sprovodi dugoročne projekte sa fokusom na kontinuitet.
U bliskoj saradnji sa partnerskim organizacijama, cilj FEAT-a je da pomogne najbriljantnijim umovima da unaprijede svoje životne uslove. U ulozi izvršnog direktora, LP je takođe odgovoran za pitanja vezana za razvoj interdisciplinarnog naučnog obrazovanja. Legal framework for protecting FEAT know-how
The FEAT Group’s confidentiality policy is protected and supported by national and international laws :

EU Directive 2016/943 defines research know-how as subject to statutory confidentiality measures with perpetual protection rights.

The TRIPS Agreement establishes international minimum standards for know-how protection; EU Directive 2016/943 is based on these TRIPS standards and thus legitimizes the confidentiality of FEAT’s know-how worldwide.

Transposition into national law requires FEAT to proactively protect its know-how. On this legal basis, FEAT prefers confidentiality over patenting. (While a patent expires after 20 years and the invention must be disclosed in detail, EU Directive 2016/943, in accordance with TRIPS, offers indefinite protection of know-how).

Under the U.S. federal law «DTSA», FEAT brings cases of trade secret misappropriation directly before federal courts. This is in accordance with the U.S. model law «UTSA», which grants FEAT statewide protection of trade secrets in every U.S. state. In Africa, two major organizations govern the protection of FEAT know-how: «OAPI» and «ARIPO», with the Bangui Agreement serving as the legal basis for the former, while the latter focuses on coordination and leaves the specific protection of FEAT know-how to the national laws of member states.
The security measures in place to protect FEAT’s know-how, thanks to their state-of-the-art security barriers, prevent the FEAT research vault from being breached (e.g., through "legal reverse engineering"), ensuring that FEAT’s innovative edge remains exclusive and secure worldwide for an indefinite period. The FEAT Group’s established confidentiality tools are continuously updated, regularly checked for security vulnerabilities, and meticulously monitored.
